Our Methodology
Proper Communication is the most important key to any successful business, since its the most important parameter it has to be easy and clear. For this we have implemented specific schema of three levels of operations.
We have three levels of work operations.
01. Project Analysis
The first phase accounts to a detailed analysis of the project requirements. Account manager being the head in the role who is responsible for understanding your specific requirements, and after going through structured stages of project analysis prepares a tailored solution. Account manager would also be your point of contact, regular communication and taking feedback from client would be His/her prime responsibilities.
02. Technical analysis
Second to the Account manager is the Project lead or the Project manager who accounts for the second level of operations. The tailored solution prepared by the Account manager is passed over to the Project lead, who then converts it into an algorithm to identify all the possible technical do’s and don’ts .Project manger’s major responsibilities are to ensure that the project is running smooth with all the technical specifications and is up for delivery before the deadline.
03. Execution Stage
Finally is the third level of operations where our executive under Project manager’s supervision performs the designated jobs. Our executives have vast experience in their own disciples and are committed to provide goal oriented results.
Implementing a three level of structured operations has its own advantage; clients don’t have to interact with all the members of the team and can communicate directly with the Account manager and project lead.
